Even though the person greeting me at the door was rude and did not say hi even after I said hi. My hairdresser was amazing. She went above and beyond to make me happy. Thank you Kylah!!

If I could give out negative stars I would. A friend of mine went here to get his sides shaved. Was confronted by a woman wearing a bluelivesmatter mask. She told him that her clippers couldn't cut his hair. He's black. Even cheap clippers can cut through black hair. The stylist was racist and supports police brutality. Don't go to this location!

Stylist, Angela, I think that's how it is spelled she is from New Jersey. Very Professional Hair Cut clean even and looks great. Paying for hair cut, the stylist never said how much the cut would be, Paid cash gave stylist Angela $20.00's and got $7.00 back gave her a $20.00 bill to break into smaller bill's for a tip, Angela gave me $17.00 Back. Lets Recap $40.00, $17.00 Change, That means that was a $23.00 Hair cut and haven't tipped her yet. The haircut was $13.00, Gave her a $20.00$7.00 change, Gave her a $20.00 for smaller bills, Got back $17.00.$10.00's Missing. I can see being closed around two months it's been hard, but stealing for customers. I will probably will not go back to that location or refer a friend to sports clips. ever !

Opened late. Not a warm welcome. Explained I was 2 weeks out from last cut. Easy to follow haircut. She spun me so I could not see the mirror, so I really didn't know how bad it was till I got home. Took # 1 clippers 3/4 up the side of head. Gave me a Mohawk. Uneven one at that. Awful experience by far the worst haircut I've ever had! I'm embarrassed by it ! This is not a just bad haircut it is something I never thought someone was capable of . Really draining on my self confidence. I look nothing like I did when I walked in. Big uneven chunk out of the left side . No fixing it. I bought a hat! She knows what she did. I tipped her my usual $10. Because I didn't realize how bad it was. I was only in front of the mirror when was Done. She didn't offer the small mirror for me to check the sides and back. Sorry to say this but I will never go back or recommend this place. Going to yelp next. Asked for my money back On your email survey. . People at the office thought I cut it myself . Honestly I could have done a better. Deeply disappointed

Haircut was okay Representative spoke in an annoyed tone over the phone. Did not receive a welcomed greeting. Stylist lacked customer service skills. Major competitors are major barbershops, beauty salons, because of how they pamper clients. I’m not expecting a red carpet, but do your best to make your clients comfortable on their first visit and they’ll feel comfortable coming back. I hope improvements are made for future customers because it needs it.

Rachel was very friendly, did a great job with my hair as well. My hair looks so nice and even, and it is exactly what I asked for. She did it really efficiently but It wasn't ever rushed. She is my favorite stylist for sure.
